    Oven not working? Really? Employee can’t even talk English, other costumers had to translate. What a shame. Do something about it.

    Horrible customer service . Every time . I went in at 8:30 they are telling me they are about to close . Rushing me . Not letting customers in the store

    If I could put no stars I would...the lack of understanding and communication in this subway is extremely frustrating. It takes about 20 minutes just to catch their attention then another 10 to actually make the sandwich if your lucky. There is only 2 ladies that work there speaking little to no english, which is not the main problem. It is them getting angry at the guest for them not understanding which is not the guest fault. I have seen this on multiple occasions and even experienced it myself. Just save your time and effort and go somewhere else.

    They are supposed to close at 9:00 pm but locked the doors and wouldn't let anyone in at approximately 8:40. If you close at 9:00, service is expected until 9:00, otherwise maybe think about updating your hours online and on the door. Disappointing.

    Just save yourself the troubles and find the next nearest Subway. They were extremely rude to my partner about not having the ingredients for his online order (for absolutely no reason). As someone who has extensively worked in customer service and in food, I have never had my blood boil in such a way watching this interaction. Didn't get what we wanted and left feeling much worse than if it were quickly resolved. Never do I write reviews about places, but this was necessary.
