PÉSIMO SERVICIO!!!!! Es la primera vez que me encuentro con un pésimo servicio en Subway, la Sra que está preparando en este momento los subs parece que le urge hagas tu orden y te vayas. A la hora de preparar los subs quiere ponerle lo que ella quiere como si ella fuera a comerlo, haciéndolo de malas. Pedimos los subs en meal y no nos dio los vasos hasta que le pregunté si ella nos los daba o los tomábamos, dijo que los tomáramos y al ir a la máquina de bebidas solo el Dr pepper (que no me gusta) estaba funcionando, todas las demás eran pura agua y cuando le comenté dijo “pues no hay, sino sale es porque no hay, y yo no sé lo que hay” le contesté que me hubiera dicho antes de pagar (en este punto yo creo que mi cara reflejaba que mi paciencia se había agotado) y finalmente dio la opción de cambiarlo por soda embotellada. Todo el tiempo su actitud fue mala por eso estoy escribiendo esto, si despertó de malas o está comenzando un mal día al final los consumidores no tenemos la culpa.
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! This is the first time I’ve experienced such awful service at Subway. The lady currently preparing the subs acts like she’s in a hurry for you to place your order and leave. When preparing the sandwiches, she wants to put whatever she wants on them, as if she were the one eating them, and she does it with a bad attitude.
We ordered the subs as meals, and she didn’t give us the cups until I asked whether she was going to give them to us or if we were supposed to take them ourselves. She said to just take them, but when we went to the drink machine, only Dr Pepper (which I don’t like) was working — every other option was just water. When I mentioned it to her, she said, “Well, there isn’t any. If nothing comes out, it’s because there isn’t any, and I don’t know what there is.”
I replied that she should have told me before we paid (and at this point I’m pretty sure my face showed that my patience had run out). In the end, she finally offered the option to switch it for bottled soda.
Her attitude was bad the entire time, which is why I’m writing this. If she woke up in a bad mood or is having a bad start to her day, at the end of the day the customers are not to blame.
