  Very disappointing customer service. Today (Friday, July 31) at around 3:15 PM, I asked to use the restroom before ordering. The employee asked if I was going to buy something. I said yes, but she still refused to give me the restroom key and told me I had to wait. This was disrespectful and unprofessional. I hope that the next time I visit this Subway, I won’t see this employee again. She needs better customer service training.

  06/17/26 6pm I was gonna order 3 sandwiches and this guy doing my order had the worst attitude that I have ever received, he made us(my family and I) feel like we were begging for food, I asked why such an attitude and he just got even worst, he said he couldn’t hear but I repeated myself twice, but with his earphone and the excuse of the machines making noise he just kept on with his attitude really disappointing I go to this subway all the time this is the first time I see that guy and had this type of service, at the end I just left without ordering and my wife told me she has seen him before and always has this rude attitude,

  Pravash provided such great service for me and my family who were trying out Subway for the first time. He gave accurate descriptions of how the sauces tasted and made some great suggestions that led to sandwiches that were so good.

  I go to this subway 5 days a week and I absolutely love the people here they r always polite and make incredible sandwiches
