  I arrived at 11:15 am Sunday morning at Subway on Katy Freeway 11177 B , Katy Frwy Houston TX 77079. I tried to order breakfast and was approached by a Hispanic man about middle age. He could not speak English to take my order and I ask if anyone else was here that could help me, he said no! I was very disappointed and on my way to work. I don't understand how and why they would operate business like this, at least have someone there working bilingual .

  Trash service! Waited over 20 min while they didn't know how to fix the Mew product! Held UberEats up and chose who they wanted to care for smh

  This place is awful. The girl there on 5/26/18 didn’t greet me, was on her cell phone the ENTIRE time talking to her friend for something ridiculous. There were no cutting boards on the counter and it was way not sanitary. Please do not go here for the sake of your health and sanity. The other times I have gone there were equally just as bad.
