I have been coming to this Subway location for over 20 years, and I even worked here when I was 18. Now, at 39 years old, I can honestly say I’ve never experienced customer service this poor at this location.
The employee who prepared our sandwiches was noticeably unfriendly and appeared as though he did not want to be there. I completely understand that everyone has difficult days, but working in customer service, especially in a restaurant where employees interact directly with customers, requires a basic level of professionalism and courtesy.
When we asked questions about menu items and services, including information about party platters, he seemed visibly annoyed and responded in a way that made us feel like our questions were an inconvenience. The interaction left us feeling unwelcome and disappointed.
What concerns me most is that, after reading other reviews, it appears that similar complaints about customer service have been raised before. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses them with the staff, as this location has been a part of the community for many years and deserves better customer experiences.
