    Lady making the sandwich was rude and rationing I asked for extra cheese she gave 1 slice. And charged full amount. 1 slice is not extra 2-3 is on a foot long. Disgrace

    I have been coming to this Subway location for over 20 years, and I even worked here when I was 18. Now, at 39 years old, I can honestly say I’ve never experienced customer service this poor at this location. The employee who prepared our sandwiches was noticeably unfriendly and appeared as though he did not want to be there. I completely understand that everyone has difficult days, but working in customer service, especially in a restaurant where employees interact directly with customers, requires a basic level of professionalism and courtesy. When we asked questions about menu items and services, including information about party platters, he seemed visibly annoyed and responded in a way that made us feel like our questions were an inconvenience. The interaction left us feeling unwelcome and disappointed. What concerns me most is that, after reading other reviews, it appears that similar complaints about customer service have been raised before. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses them with the staff, as this location has been a part of the community for many years and deserves better customer experiences.

    The cashier named Rosy can’t do something as simple as add onions even though I offered to pay extra for it. She said she has to make everything by the book. Subway has always allowed you to add whatever toppings. She’s a rude miserable old lady.

    The employee that helped me was rolling his eyes and upset that I had multiple sandwich orders. He also stated he did not know how to make kids meal sandwich but would “try”. He had a terrible attitude and was assuming I did not know Spanish and speaking to his colleague about how upset and annoyed he was. Never coming back to this location. If I could give zero stars that would be more adequate.
