Very disappointed with the customer service at this Subway location. I accidentally placed an order through the app for the wrong location and called to see if there was any way to have the order remade or refunded. The employee who answered the phone was extremely rude, told me there was “nothing she could do,” and hung up on me while I was still speaking.
I called again to speak with the manager, who was also unhelpful and refused to provide her name or the employee’s name when I asked. I understand app mistakes happen, but the way I was treated was completely unprofessional. Customers deserve basic respect and communication, especially when simply asking for help resolving an issue.

Bag was sticker sealed. Sandwich was fresh and not smashed. I had the chicken teriyaki on honey oat bread, it's my favorite sandwich. I put light mayonnaise, sweet onion sauce, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and pepperoncinis, not toasted and a cookie! Everything was great!

For a sandwich place they charge too much for a sandwich and they all taste the same.
