  They completely messed the entire order, I ordered 3 sandwiches and cookies for me and my two children and not only was one hole sandwich missing but one was completely opened not fully wrapped and it was made completely incorrectly and the other sandwich was also made completely incorrectly and on top of that they gave us the wrong cookies Uber Eats didn’t fully fix the situation and I still had to order another sandwich for my son this location really sucks and the employees working tonight on sep 18 2026 did a horrendous job, I’ve worked late i understand wanting to get off and orders coming in but this is completely unacceptable

  Honestly 0 stars. I placed an online order and went to go pick up. I’m very pregnant and was craving a sandwich. Not only does the app say they are out of almost everything, but when I did find something I wanted (pepperoni meatball) I added banana peppers, lettuce, salt, pepper & oregano and showed up 5 minutes before my scheduled pickup. I was talking to my child and the guy interrupted me as if it were busy (we were the only people there) he tries to tell me I ordered a small lemonade. I paid for a bottle lemonade. Anyway we get home and surprise my sandwich has only meatballs and cheese. No pepperoni, no veggies and it’s completely soggy and falling apart. Terrible service, terrible food. I love subway but I’ll have to take my business to jimmy John’s from now on.
