  The Spanish Manager is rude and very disrespectful. The price on the board said a certain price and she charged me a $1.00 more. She said I'm change the price tomorrow.

  Multiple orders have had issues. They offered pizza on the app at this restaurant. When I picked up my order they said they don't do pizzas at their location. They also said they didn't have egg for the breakfast sandwich. Said I could get a refund through the app. I've tried multiple times and they just keep closing my case as resolved with no refund. Also, ordered a sandwich with 50% more protein. It had the standard amount on it. No additional meat. They also only put a couple of each veggie on each sandwich when you ask. Literally had 3 green pepper slices and 4 onion slices on my foot long. Didn't have any other veggies on it. Orders are never ready for pickup when you get there either. You have to wait well past the time they say the order is ready.

  It’s unacceptable that you have one worker for Lunch hour but what’s even worst is that there’s no AC! In the Texas heat! And they still have ovens turned on! Poor lady was sweating while making sandwiches! Horrible location they literally don’t care about the customers or the employees having everyone stand in the heat
