  By far my worst Subway experience ever. I’m not gonna give a 1 star review, because I don’t like doing that, but they nickeled and dimed the heck outta me. Oh…and no one speaks or understands any English. I tried asking for 1.5x protein (which is available on the app/website) and the gentleman asked me if I wanted a deluxe. I said no, and he quickly started getting agitated with me. I then told him to just put the regular amount and I’ll tell him how much more. He put the ‘regular’ portion, but it felt skimpy, so I asked for 3 more slices. Every item after that just felt like it was coming out of their own pocket, so I treated it like chipotle where you ask for a little more. They charged me 0.79 for those three extra slices of turkey…never had that happen before. Oh. And it took them like 10 minutes to figure out how much extra they should charge me btw. I’m never going back there

  ​I placed an online order this morning (April 19th) around 9:20 AM, and it was a total disappointment. My wife is currently pregnant and had very specific requests for both sandwiches—she asked for extra veggies and extra sauce on everything. We also paid the additional fee for avocado. ​When we got home and opened the sandwiches, they were both incredibly bare. There were hardly any vegetables, almost no sauce, and the avocado we specifically paid extra for was completely missing from both subs. It feels like the staff didn't even look at the customization requests or the fact that we were charged for add-ons. ​Extremely poor attention to detail and a waste of money. We won't be ordering from this location again
