  I was waiting for online pickup, Guy at the counter didn’t start the order beforehand and when I arrived I had to wait for 15 minutes. Worst service!!!

  Terrible experience! There’s this guy who works in the evenings at this location and the sandwiches that he makes, sucks! I went once and the sandwiches he made were so dry, it was more bread than the meat and veggies, it was a soulless sandwich. I placed an order online, giving this place another chance and I regret it! I placed my order an hour prior, we get there and the sandwiches are still not ready! This guy was having a nice conversation instead of working on my sandwiches, he then told us that was he was just starting to work on them. We get home and open the sandwiches and yet again we get a skimpy, dry, soulless sandwich. I won’t be returning to this location again.

  Brandon was working the register. Really weird pricing going on here. I asked for a foot long sandwich of the day and this is how I was charged. Not only was I charged for 3 additional cookies but I was charged for my poppi as well which I initially was told would come with my meal. I understand if there is an up charge for the poppi but being charged extra for these cookies is very interesting. Was I being charged extra so employees could take them home? For reference here is the total when ordered in the app. Even if it’s pre tax, $16.52 is way overcharge. The app also says it’s 60 cents for the Poppi.

  Says they close at 10pm its 9:40 and the guy was standing there and said there are closed. They need to update business hours
