I placed an order ahead of time, but when I arrived at Subway, my order was not ready. I politely asked if they could change the veggies, and the employee responded with a bad attitude and told me no. The customer service was disappointing, and the experience was frustrating.

Hispanic old lady in the front had a bad attitude, asked for the bathroom as a customer. She said doesn't work,no signs, didn't greet me.I had to say hello and have a good day
