  Brandon was working the register. Really weird pricing going on here. I asked for a foot long sandwich of the day and this is how I was charged. Not only was I charged for 3 additional cookies but I was charged for my poppi as well which I initially was told would come with my meal. I understand if there is an up charge for the poppi but being charged extra for these cookies is very interesting. Was I being charged extra so employees could take them home? For reference here is the total when ordered in the app. Even if it’s pre tax, $16.52 is way overcharge. The app also says it’s 60 cents for the Poppi.

  Says they close at 10pm its 9:40 and the guy was standing there and said there are closed. They need to update business hours

  I placed an order ahead of time, but when I arrived at Subway, my order was not ready. I politely asked if they could change the veggies, and the employee responded with a bad attitude and told me no. The customer service was disappointing, and the experience was frustrating.
