  10.1.26 was the worst experience I had a this location for the second time in a row. Upon arrival and entering the store I said hello and neither person spoke which is fine I’ll just moved it along no big deal. So the young lady Cynthia took my order she already looked like she didn’t want to take my order. So once I completed the transaction and got my cup and proceeded to get a soft drink and reached for a straw oh behold a roach appeared . I’m discreetly trying to get Cynthia attention while she was with a customer. So i took a picture she immediately look at me and said what with an attitude. again I’m trying to be discreet I let her know it was critters over here by the food area. Mind you she still talking to me crazy in the front of a customer. She walked over from where I was standing and killed the roach with the glove she was make the customer sandwich with and said what again to me as if she didn’t see what I saw. I stated to her I know you sw that roach and trying to play crazy. she changed that one glove and didn’t wash her hands and put on another one a continued to make the male customer sandwich instead of tell her colleague.She went back and forth with me very rudely at this moment I’m pissed. I want my money back I told her she said you can have your money back with a smirk and tried to dismiss me then she stared to speak Spanish to her colleague.I reminded her I spoke Spanish too then her tune change and she kept the sandwich I asked for the corporate number and her boss number since she stated she was the manager. She told me I can look it up on the receipt cause she don’t have it and walked off to the back of the store. This is not the first time Cynthia has been rude I was in that location with my daughter prior to seeing the roaches and I mentioned those veggies aren’t fresh and in her rude way again she stated we cut those everyday and stated to her that don’t make them fresh. Instead of her listening that cooler was either to high and they froze because they wilted. This location really need to be looked into because if this is with management/ leadership look like they have the wrong concept. I will be contacting the health department. I left my information on their site to contact me let’s see if this matter is handled efficiently

  The young guy with tattoos was nice and made my order politely but the lady in charge was very rude and had a attitude for me and my grandmother this happened 1 pm .. I expect better honestly especially if you're not even from here

  everything was fine but as soon as i got home to eat, my husband receives overcooked toasted white bread🤦🏽‍♀️ As soon as he took a bite it crumbled like dust on a footlong steak sandwich.😭.Obviously he ate everything but this is just crazy how the bread outcome was.

  Love Subway as an option to fast food.
