  I have been an Allstate customer for years, and I truly appreciate the great service I have always received. I especially want to thank Elvia Alvarado for her kindness, professionalism, and dedication. She took the time to answer all my questions, look for reasonable quotes, and, most importantly, review my policies and help me improve my home and auto coverage.   I have been around the block many more times than I could ever count. I have seen about everything that can be seen in a business setting. That given, I can tell you that I have never had an insurance agent like Elvia Alvarado. She simply is the best I have ever seen. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Elvia uses those talents to quickly put complex things together and frame them in a highly intelligent, but most understandable manner so that you can readily see what your options are along with the pluses and minuses of each option. With her pleasing personality, she guides you toward to the right answers for your own personal situation. Allstates prides itself on being the "good hands" people. There is not a better example of being in "good hands" than Elvia. For your insurance needs, I unqualifiedly recommend her.

  Random call to the office to take another look at my policies and I was surprised about Elvia’s thorough review and logical adjustments. She was very helpful and patient to tweak the policies where it made sense not for the sake of discounting them but to improve the fit - some rates went up some went down. Generally the office has been very helpful with questions or adjustments since I joined 5 years ago - somebody is always there to answer questions.
