  0 stars (if I could). I have tried contacting Ruben Acosta multiple times by both email and phone, leaving voicemails, and have received no response. This has happened on more than one occasion, not just once. The lack of communication and follow-up has been very frustrating and unprofessional. I cannot recommend someone who consistently fails to respond to clients.
