  I have nothing but good things to say about Ricardo Ramirez All State Agency. They have been nothing but nice, supportive and always on top of our needs. Emanuel is one of the most efficient young men that I know. Quick to respond and take action, I highly recommend them for all your insurance needs.

  Payment system is lousy. Paid for insurance, sent digital copy of check and bill to Ricardo, on July 21st . He said he would make sure pmt went thru. Mailed it to Dallas address on invoice. They changed their system, to only accept cards and ACH. He never told me that. His girl Perla said they would drop my insurance, if I didn't pay by card, on Aug 8th. Dallas has no idea where the check is, or what they did with it.

  Beatrice Navarrete and her Team go above and beyond for their customers, They explain the coverages and give you options on how to save, I saved over 100 dollars on drive wise alone, I definitely recommend this place!! Shout out to Beatrice, Jaime , Nancy, Rick and Chelsea!!
