  Great experiences over the last several years with the Nguyen Vuong Agency. Pricing is generally competitive, but most important: 1) they’re very forthcoming with options around how to approach coverage, and aren’t afraid to spend a few minutes (or more than a few) talking through the pros and cons of particular coverages. 2) they’re willing to discuss the realities of how to approach a particular claims scenario. 3) look, the agency is here to sell insurance. I get it. But I’ve never walked away from an email exchange or call feeling like I “got sold” on something. My agent presents options, answers questions honestly, and has on more than one occasion let me know that I didn’t need additional coverage or option for something.
