  The office staff are rude, unprofessional, and refuse to communicate effectively. I asked to speak to the broker directly and after the run around with Ernie I finally hung up. This office issued a policy then had me send photos of my home to have it approved. Allstate sent a notice of cancellation due to Crepe Myrtles, alleged shingle granular loss which my roofer said was BS, and alleged lifting shingles which my roofer also said was BS. When I tried to get the office staff to help Alismar was out of the office due to death in family which is understandable, but what’s not understandable is having no one cover for her. Jaime finally took over after a week of no response from Alismar and then after another week Jaime never responded either. Now I have to find another insurance policy in 2 days. Once I submitted a letter from my roofer saying the roof was in good condition for an 8 year old roof. Never heard back from Jaime until I finally reached out again. I got some guy named Ernie that just spoke in circles and provided no real answers. While on the phone with him Jaime finally calls to tell me they just decided not to reinstate the policy which is a lie bc what Ernie did say was that she knew about this a week ago. Do not waste your time with this company. SCAMMERS!!
