SHOP AROUND! Do not use Karen! My 89 year old MIL passed away and we set up our 88 year old FIL on automatic payments. Well, ALLSTATE SCREWED UP AND TOOK THE PAYMENT LATE AND THEN CHARGED HIM A $15 LATE FEE! Called Karen to see if she would help. No answer. Complete ghosting. She just collects money from elderly customers but does not care about them at all!! Awful!!

I was automatically transferred to this agent when mine retired. Quite rude over the phone and not very helpful at all. I can't imagine actually needing this person to assist in a claim.
