  AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! The whole point of going through an agent is supposedly for the additional support but trust me you’re better off using AI and online quotes than dealing with these people. The mismanagement and unprofessionalism of this office has caused my cars to be insured for TWO weeks because of their mistake and lack of communication. They claim my payment never went through but never did anything to communicate whatever the issue was with Allstate’s payment processing system. Then when I tried to reinstate the policy with them after them failing to issue it TWICE, they told me it was much higher per month than what we had agreed on two weeks ago. They are lucky I did not get into any accidents as I would have happily sued them for cancelling my previous insurance policy before they verified my new one was in place. Not only are they awful at communicating, but they are highly unprofessional. I dealt with the employee “checo” and had to repeat myself multiple times of what kind of coverage I wanted. In hindsight, I kick myself for not walking away at the initial stages when I realized how incompetent this office was! ¡¡EVITE ESTE LUGAR A TODA COSTA!! El objetivo de pasar por un agente es supuestamente para el apoyo adicional, pero confía en mí, es mejor usar IA y citas en línea que tratar con esta gente. La mala gestión y la falta de profesionalismo de esta oficina ha provocado que mis coches estén sin coverage durante DOS semanas debido a su error y falta de comunicación. Afirman que mi pago nunca se realizó, pero nunca hizo nada para comunicar cuál fuera el problema con el sistema de procesamiento de pagos de Allstate. Luego, cuando intenté restablecer la póliza con ellos después de que no la emitieran DOS VECES, me dijeron que era mucho más alta por mes de lo que habíamos acordado hace dos semanas. Tienen suerte de que no haya tenido ningún accidente, ya que los habría demandado felizmente por cancelar mi póliza de seguro anterior antes de que verificaran que mi nueva estaba en vigor. No solo son terribles comunicándose, sino que son muy poco profesionales. Traté con el empleado "checo" y tuve que repetirme varias veces qué tipo de cobertura quería. En retrospectiva, ¡me pateé a mí mismo por no alejarme en las etapas iniciales cuando me di cuenta de lo incompetente que era esta oficina!

  I miss the service and attention I received from Jeff Burtons office for over 20 years. Since Juan Orrostieta has taken over this office it has been a nightmare. No one answers the phone and getting a return call takes an act of God. Coupling this with the lack of accessibility through the mobile app and countless other obstacles I have encountered, I have been forced to cancel my auto policies with this agency and will be canceling my home policy as soon as possible. I would never recommend selecting any coverage through this office.
