  ALLSTATE COMERCIAL AND REPRESENTATIVE HERE IN THIS LOCATION AND ANY WHERE YOU CALL. THEY ALWAYS SAY YOU ARE IN OUR HANDS. WICH IS FALSE ADVERTISING, DO TO A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH A REPRESENTATIVE BY LAS NAME CRUZ. I HAD LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES AND NEVER THEY CALL BACK. MY NEW RENEWAL WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH MISS LEAD COVERAGE. A total nightmare experience every step of the way. Stay very far away from these clowns!

  Jon Emerald and his staff are friendly professionals. They work to get you the best deal on home and auto insurance, and they are super helpful when you have a claim or just a question. Never a problem contacting them, and they return calls and emails promptly.

  I had a an issue with home during Hurricane Harvey, and when I called the office, the staff was very helpful and made me feel better so I did not have to worry. The agent Jon Emerald even called me later to check on me and my family to make sure we were all doing good. It felt good that they were there to help us through a tough time.
