  Jon Emerald and his staff are friendly professionals. They work to get you the best deal on home and auto insurance, and they are super helpful when you have a claim or just a question. Never a problem contacting them, and they return calls and emails promptly.

  I had a an issue with home during Hurricane Harvey, and when I called the office, the staff was very helpful and made me feel better so I did not have to worry. The agent Jon Emerald even called me later to check on me and my family to make sure we were all doing good. It felt good that they were there to help us through a tough time.
