  Horrible agent and experience. Does not respond to emails or phone calls. Still waiting a week later for a “call back after checking my policy”. Tried switching agents but then was talked into staying with him. Highly do NOT recommend! Go somewhere that values you as a client! Because this agent and business is not it! Expensive policies and not much coverage
