  If I could give this office no stars I think that would be more accurate. If Ms. Chloe Williams was removed from dealing with customers I think that might be a huge help for the office. She is unable to take responsibility or even apologize for her errors on a policy. To add things to a policy when she had been told not to is very unprofessional and untrusting of her position there in that office. An if Mr. Burroughs would actually contact his clients back when there is an issue or be in the office more to oversee the things that go on this insurance office may be a business you could trust and utilize. But I’ll have to say I will not be using him any longer and honesty I can not recommend him to anyone else.

  Without a doubt, I am in "GOOD" hands because of their "OUTSTANDING" service. Kudos to Mr. Burroughs and Staff!!!
