  Staff inside are very nice and helpful. The driver that handled my package, on the other hand, would not deliver it. Beware if you live in an apartment complex and this is the facility in which that driver goes to. The driver will not go up the stairs and knock on your door and just take a picture of your building and leave. Had to go in person to pick up my package because the driver would not try to deliver three days in a row. Too much of a headache for a simple job of bringing up a small light box to a third floor.

  Ridiculous, they can't look up an address, and You have to pick it up yourself

  My first time visit this place, but I met very nice and fun and friendly people. The only cons is the cost of oversee shipment is too high.
