  I went to this location by accident, when I saw all the FEDex trucks leaving, I thought I was at the wrong place and I knew I was going to be turned away, but still went in anyway. However, the clerk was super nice and helpful and even offered to lift the large and heavy box for me and accepted my package. I HONESTLY felt like I was a valued customer (even if the service took 2-3 mins at most). Fast and easy service.

  FEDEX is so CHEAP that when you call FEDEX you can't speak to a FEDEX rep (in the Philippines or the like...)unless you have a tracking number ( mine apparently isn't working or hadn't been entered ( even though I dropped off in person handing it directly to a FEDEX rep at the counter). What a SCAM!!!

  Customer service here was very nice and friendly and helpful with surprise me because generally speaking FedEx service sucks and it's a real hassle to get your package but I can't speak for all times and days but the folks that were on duty at this time were very polite and helpful and I appreciate them because they made a frustrating experience a lot better
