  The thing FedEx is consistent at is they always deliver late. Package was scheduled for Fri delivery, then pushed to sat, now scheduled for Monday. No bad weather, no strikes just consistently shitty service. When will it go out of business? UPDATE - Was supposed to be delivered Monday (today), it has been sitting in Cypress for 2 days. Called fedex, Walter said it was delayed because it had to be re-labeled????? I have been getting updates daily so they know where its supposed to go. A mule wagon could have delivered my package quicker.

  Had a problem with important pkg getting delivered to local Walgreens. Contacted FedEx and couple hours later received phone call from Joyce letting me know my package was found and at facility. Joyce has to be the most pleasant, kindest customer service person I have ever dealt with. Was able to meet her when I went to pick up package and not only thanked her for doing her job so well but letting her know how extremely pleased I was to have opportunity to deal with such a pleasant person. So many companies would be honored to have her as an employee. Please go above and beyond for Joyce and give her the commendation she so well deserves!!

  Contrary to their name they don't ship packages, they merely accept packages that are already labeled. After being talked to Luke I had a learning disability by the disinterested employee he finally directed me to ANOTHER FedEx down the road who did ship my package

  Muy buena atención , pero no pude regresar la carta , ya que tenía que ir a una oficina de FedEx para que me procesaran una etiqueta de devolución , ya que ahí es solo para entregar paquetes con etiqueta. Pero dejen les explico me llegó una carta a nombre de otra persona que no vive en mi casa y como buena persona quise regresarla y no pude Lo bueno que al siguiente día volvió el camión a querer dejar otra carta urgente a esta persona y le dije que Aquino vivía y él amablemente dijo que las regresaría las dos juntas Gracias FedEx por su atención
