  I had an excellent experience at this FedEx location, especially after dealing with a frustrating situation elsewhere. London, the young lady who assisted me, was outstanding. She was polite, professional, and incredibly patient while I explained what had happened. She really took the time to listen, asked the right questions, and suggested the best shipping option for my situation. Most importantly, she handled my sensitive documents with care and made sure everything was done correctly. Customer service like this makes a huge difference. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend this location. The team is phenomenal, and London is truly exceptional. Thank you again for turning a stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience.
