  Great service and friendly staff and easy to use equipment and very helpful when sending or receiving. Would totally recommend goin there again.

  Robert C. provided excellent service at the FedEx Office on Washington Avenue in Houston. He was quick and efficient while also being incredibly friendly and polite. He went above and beyond to help me pick up my package and even helped me get it to my car. Great customer service—thank you, Robert!

  If you have a package mailed to FedEx Kinkos be sure the sender uses FedEx as their courier. I asked the FedEx staff what I needed to do to have a package received by their store and they told me to make sure my name is on the package and the store address. The two sales staff forgot to mention they ONLY except fedEx packages. My package, mailed from China, was refused by the fedex kinkos staff, as it was sent thru UPS, and my package was sent back to the sender in China. The staff are good people and it may be an honest mistake that they ASSUMED i knew only fedEx packages are received at their store. However, I've seen UPS trucks in their parking lot before and while I was at the UPS store tracking down my 'refused' package, a fedEx driver was delivering packages to the UPS store. He told me he only delivers to the UPS mailboxs, but to package shipping newbies , like me, its easy to misunderstand each couriers relation to each other. I have a to pay additional shipping charges to get my shit mailed back to me. Great staff at this Washington Kinkos, just a coachable moment.
