  This FedEx office is located in a convenient and accessible location, they get the crowd out pretty quick and they are mostly professional. Could use a little friendlier managers but other than that to get the job done.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this FedEx location on Washington Ave. The employee who assisted me was rude, unprofessional, and seemed unwilling to help. Instead of providing good customer service, I felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience. The interaction was frustrating, and I left feeling disrespected.

  This location is garbage. The staff are rude and unhelpful. After one minute of trying to help me, they gave up and made it my problem. Will not be going to this location again.
