  This is a small FedEx office but the staff here is diligent and keeps the flow going. Please as a shipping customer have your I.D. with you. Not being prepared to ship or have a valid address or trying to ship items that are not permitted by FedEx is not the fault nor negate staff to continue with your problems. Kindly take yourself out the store regroup and simply come back when you have everything in order. Time is to valuable to be wasting on such foolishness.

  Was charged a bs fee and had terrible customer service from Joel. While I was also in there I witnessed him belittling another coworker which was highly inappropriate
