  Is it against the law to drop off your package at the counter? Is it illegal to have an employee scan your packages and provide you with a receipt afterwards?? Why are employees training me 3 times over to use the drop off box as to not bother them to do their job? Isn't it obvious that if I walk past the drop off box on my way to the counter, that I obviously don't want to use the drop off box? Half the time the drop off box doesn't even have receipt paper, which I need to provide to my job as proof that I stopped by. By that point the packages are already in the box and it's too late to try retrieve them to try and get a receipt. If I want to wait in line until there is an employee that can help me that is very much my business and my decision. Please advice your employees to quit forcing clients to use the drop off box.
