  Today, April 10th around 8:25 a.m. I went to my local FedEx that we use all the time because we really love them. It's close to my house and really convenient. But today I experienced the rudest customer service. I think I have ever experienced in my life. I hope there's cameras so that management can watch the video of my interaction with this beautiful young lady. She was rude from the time I walked into the time I walked out. When I left I asked her what her name was. She mumbled the name and I responded. Janet, she said yes. I'm not sure if her name was actually. Janet but she was extremely rude

  I emailed my documents because I don't like hassling with the printer. They printed it out for me. Very polite.Very convenient. ❤️

  After a really bad experience at a different store, I went to this FedEx to get my passport photos. Dominique was the absolute sweetest and helped me get a great photo for my passport. Thank you so much, Dominique!!!
