Extremely rude staff. Label printer was not working at self service and The workers acted like they were offended that they had to assist. One of my packages had already been scanned at the kiosk, and so it was saying that it had already been returned when I had never gotten a return label went back-and-forth for about five minutes with the lady until I finally got to speak with the manager, and she was able to get my label printed out. Each time I come here it seems to get more and more difficult to just simply drop off packages.

Super cool and nice and they are only mailing service that gets things there when they say they will...

I've shipped a lot of packages from this FedEx location and the folks have always been helpful and efficient.... Until I visited today, Karen was unhelpful and standoffish when I tried to ship a package. I worked to deescalate the situation and find a solution with Angel.

Good customer service that makes shipping easy. I bring my items pre-labeled and ready to ship. They have a self help bin where I scan and go in less than a minute. And they stay open to 6 pm and I can get my overnight deliveries out after work.
