  Rajaa is absolutely amazing. I came in to ship my luggage after the semester ended, and she handled everything with such delicate care. She was extremely friendly, patient, and kind throughout the whole process. Rajaa truly deserves recognition and compliments for her wonderful service.

  I normally don’t write reviews but I had a remarkable experience with Rajaa. I came in 10 minutes before closing needing to do 3 different things and she welcomed me in with open arms. It was so impressive how she helped me with such grace and patience. She immediately knew the answer to every shipping/printing issue I had. She never once looked at her watch or rushed me even though I know I came in right before closing. She is an example of what excellent and competent service looks like. Best FedEx experience in all of Houston. I normally go to UPS but will be coming back here because of Rajaa.

  Very rude service. The staff named Erich or something is very slow on processing the shipping details with horrible attitude putting the address wrong and impatiently picking up phone call 3 times in the middle of dealing with our delivery order! The total shipment takes like 30mins to set up!
