  FedEx delivered my overnight priority mail two days late, caused significant trip rearrangement costs, and refused my refund requirement because claim was filed over 15 days later. Further, it has sent me repeated mails asking me to pay for the original service that I had paid to upgrade to overnight priority. FedEx has really decayed.

  This place was wonderful. I needed to print out some important documents as I did not have a secure printer in my apartment complex. I came here and Kiera explained the options thoroughly. I honestly do not understand why the reviews are super low as this place really did help me. I mean Kiera was super helpful in giving me all of the options and telling me what was cheapest. I went with the self-service option and it was super secure and I was able to print all of my documents. I had wonderful customer service. This location was great.

  Rajaa is truly an angel! She went above and beyond with her customer service. I accidentally left my wallet at the FedEx Rice Village location, and instead of letting it sit there, she took the time to call me and let me know I had forgotten it. She kept it safe until I could come back to pick it up. Her honesty, kindness, and professionalism are rare and so appreciated. Thank you, Rajaa, for your exceptional service and for caring so much about your customers. FedEx is lucky to have you!

  The staff was very helpful. They were able to help with my printing needs and was patient with me while I worked through some formatting issues. I was able to get everything I needed taken care of quickly.
