  One of the worst shipping experiences I have ever had. I paid nearly $150 to send a package containing only four important documents to Europe, and I paid extra specifically for express delivery so it would arrive on time. Instead, the shipment was delayed for an entire week, causing serious inconvenience. Even worse, they refused to refund the additional amount I paid for a service they completely failed to provide. Extremely unprofessional staff, terrible customer service, and zero accountability. I absolutely do not recommend this company and will never use their services again.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can't say enough great things about my recent experience at FedEx, all thanks to Rebecca! From the moment I walked in, her warm smile and friendly demeanor made me feel welcome. She was not only incredibly kind and helpful but also brought a sense of humor that made the whole process enjoyable. Rebecca went above and beyond to assist me, answering all my questions with patience and expertise. I even left with a hug, which made my day! It's rare to find such outstanding customer service, and Rebecca truly stands out. Five stars all the way!
