Today was the wrist service I’ve ever gotten, my spouse and I came around 5:30pm on 9/19/26. There was a young lady behind the counter that was going back and forth to the counter looking at some boxes she had to ship I guess. Didn’t acknowledge us, it was so awkward for a few minutes till I spoke up. She told us what to do to print our paperwork. One of the weirdest, rudest and uncomfortable moments at fedex. Hope she’s okay but don’t treat customers like that.

This is hands down the worst fedex location I’ve ever used. The young lady at the counter was not doing anything upon me and my wife’s arrival but once we approached the counter she acted like she was working and completely ignored us while we stood there and waited to be addressed. We had to speak up to be acknowledged and the lady still had an attitude. Never met this person before but I wouldn’t recommend this spot to my worst enemy.
