Bad service. I call and no one bothered to answer. I walked in stood for few minutes before I get service.

Poor customer service by Alajha. Didn't greet or even speak one single word about the transaction. Learn some customer service.

Ive always gone to fedex for years I went today, no greetings, no hello, and no welcome in. and one customer per 3 of 5 workers with one person waiting at the delivery/packing station. I waited at the register for maybe 3 minutes as another customer walks in as another minute passes the girl says next and the guy with the package moves. I think thats okay I dont mind he was there before i got there. Then the girl tells me to go to the line. I say what line she doesn't respond... (because there is no line). I asked again Where is the line she didn't respond again. So I said theirs no line where are the markers for a line, signs or arrows. (Unbeknownst to me it's an imaginary line). So now she tells me I have to go behind the person that came in minutes after me. Her ego needs a write up. So i say You could have told me when i came in theirs a (imaginary) line. So I left... I will never im my life go to fedex. And ill tell others as well thanks for hiring the worst people to work for what used to be an amazing company.
I visited this location today around 3:15 PM to print one copy and ship a package overnight or via 2-day delivery. I regret stopping here due to the overall experience. The copier was set to default at 16x20, which was not what I needed, and there was a long line with limited assistance available.
When I asked an employee if there were any additional staff available to help, I was told no. However, I noticed another staff member in the back who was not assisting customers. It felt like customer support was understaffed or not well coordinated during a busy time.
Better communication about staff availability and assistance would have helped manage the wait and customer expectations more effectively.
