Terrible service. I will never use FedEx again. I paid $100 for 2-day shipping, but my client received the package after 5 days, just like standard shipping. They were supposed to get it on Saturday, but it didn't arrive until Tuesday.
I went to the location to claim a refund for the extra money I paid, but they told me to call customer service. I called, and the phone support said they couldn't refund me and told me to deal with the location where I shipped it, or go online to file a claim. This is a total waste of my time, my money, and my trust. I used to believe FedEx was reliable, but you just lost a good customer.

Enrique and Malcolm are my favorites! They're always eager to help me and very sweet when I need help with the self-service machines. I like to get in and out of there in under 2 minutes but sometimes there is a problem and one of them always helps me fix it. The entire team is always very kind and professional!
