  I had a great experience today thanks to Tess (store manager)She went above and beyond by helping me load my 65lb mattress into my car after it was delivered earlier than expected. Her customer service was friendly, professional, and genuinely appreciated. Thank you, Tess, for making a stressful situation so much easier!

  Thank you to Audrey for her excellent customer service today! She helped me over the phone and by email with some special order printing and prepared it for a courier I had arranged to pick up. I appreciated her kindness and positive attitude, and attention to detail. I’ve had prints made at a number of FedEx locations and her customer service was the best I’ve experienced!

  Walk in with a prepaid package that a seller had sent me by mistake. There was one small area of the box that was slightly open , but was taped securely. The lady would not take the package. I demostrated that it could be dropped, thrown, shaken, and she still would not take it but rather wanted me to pay her to repackage it. Went to another Fedex at i-10 and they didnt even say a word about the small imperfection and took it without a peep. Wasted 30 minutes of my work day because that stupid lady. How about you refund me my hourly rate since you jacked me around trying to make money off me?
