Thank you to Audrey for her excellent customer service today! She helped me over the phone and by email with some special order printing and prepared it for a courier I had arranged to pick up. I appreciated her kindness and positive attitude, and attention to detail. I’ve had prints made at a number of FedEx locations and her customer service was the best I’ve experienced!

I’ve used FedEx print shop for years and I must say the process is very inconvenient and has not progressed over the years sadly. Printing takes long, you’ll have to enter your card multiple times due to the timing system and even if the store is empty the employees never offer to help or check on you when they have the ability to print as well. No way I should have to wait 10+ minutes to print 1 sheet of paper.
Stay away from this place. I brought a package with shipping already printed out.Just ready to drop off and the first thing the guy did is tell me that I had to buy their shipping bo.x. When I refuse, he basically told me well.If we lose it or damage it , we're not gonna take responsibility for it. This is a far cry from even the u.P.S store.
This was the most terrible experience i’ve had in a while. First of all it took us an hour to take 3 passport photos with Audrey who had no idea what she was doing (mind you she’s been working there for 10 years), then on top of that when the pictures were finally done after they kept getting it wrong she tried to make us buy 3 flash drives when all the pictures could fit on one, which would’ve been an extra $120. Overall it was just a poor experience.

Ridiculously slow service. One person upfront moving leasurely while there were four other people in the line. There was another employee in the back but he didn't care to come out and help move the line. I was there for 10 minutes and a line did not move at all. Left and went to another location.
