Excellent customer service from the lady who was working at 9 AM on 5/28/2026. She was very friendly and enthusiastic with each and every customer, including greeting each customer as they walked in even while she was servicing others. I wish I had caught her name as it is hard to find superior customer service like that these days. Would definitely ship from this location again.

I go to this location almost every day and this lady (i forgot her name) is the rudest person there. Everytime i go there she always has an attitude and is extremely rude. Whenever u ask her a question she acts like ur supposed to know everything. She acts like some one is forcing her to work there. My suggestion to fedex will be that the other employees are very nice but they need to get rid of her.

Don’t go when Carmen is there. She is always so dry and combative . Instead of her asking what you need she just stares at you then assumes you need full service on self service items. She then continues to reprimand you like a child. When asked if she was ok, she stated she has a diff test to battle and is fine stop asking. I average using fed ex 3 times a day but will continue to go further away to the other locations. I thought over the months she has gotten better but nope. She should be coached on how to deal with customers or stay home or find a non interaction role. My last day at that one was today and i will make sure my employees don’t use it either
