So, I've posted 3 reviews today for copy/print services for anyone looking for business ideas. I can't give these guys 1star because store reps are ALWAYS solid at this location. But when I print a bunch of pages and their self service machine continually reverts back to the "color copy" option, it's not because fedex is dumb, I'm dumb or the machine doesn't know that it's printing a b&w document. It's because fedex is basically defaulting to theft. Think of how many millions of people get scammed daily. Fortunately, they maintain digital logs in the event of class action or something.

Had a really good experience at this FedEx, the lady at the front desk was super helpful and went above and beyond to be cheerful and kind!
