  This location is awful! They refuse to take FedEx ground package drop offs because they don’t like the product. The manager told me “this is a clean air conditioned store I won’t take that!” It was a clean box and there was no reason not to take it FedEx ground except the product I have dropped the product off at other FedEx drop location no issues. It was labeled all he had to do was take it , scan it and hand it to the driver! If FedEx really owns this they need to teach these employees how to do their job.

  Very friendly staff, had a little bit of a wait time, but not too bad. Only needed some banners packaged for flight travel as a checked bag and the staff packed the banners in a box and cut it to meet the checked bag dimensions!
