  Chevette is literally the best customer service representative of ever encountered in my life! She was able to get my print order done and was exceptionally helpful. She handles many tasks with grace under pressure!

  Went to drop off direct tv boxes and Amazon return and " david" was rude as hell , not sure if he treats all customers like this or was it because I am light completion. He was friendly with a black lady in front of me . When I finished this somewhat aggressive interaction ( he showed towards me)i ask his name and he looked insulted. I will never do business with fed ex at this location again. I will drive across town before I go through a interaction like this again!
