  I want to recognize Josh at FedEx for providing truly exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond by staying late to make sure our company had everything we needed to continue operating efficiently. He never rushed us and made sure every detail was taken care of before we left. Employees like Josh are the reason businesses like ours continue to choose FedEx. His professionalism, dedication, positive attitude, and willingness to put customers first are becoming harder to find, and he represents the company exceptionally well. FedEx is fortunate to have an employee of Josh’s caliber. I sincerely hope his leadership recognizes the value he brings to the team because he has certainly earned it.   The customer service is horrible. Asked fir assistance one person didn't know how to do anything and the other person just wouldn't help.SMH Been coming here for years never had this problem..
