  I just had a great experience at the FedEx office and shipping center. I came there to drop off a package and I was greeted by Tonya. She assisted me with taping up my package and asked me if I needed anything else. Of course she was doing her job but her interaction with me felt very genuine and I can appreciate that. Thank you for great service today!

  Arrive with a package, the girl at the counter said I will be with you in a minute, then she just walked away. Never came back. The other counter after taking care of other costumers that arrive later asked. Other, did you need any help. Rude staff

  Shipped I phone here and got stolen by FedEx we received empty box and no one is willing to help not the store not the company. Watch for your employees and people should be aware of this store
