  This agency is vey incompetent. I bought a car last February and called to let them know to update my policy, a month later I had to call because the change was never made. I looked at my policy today for some information and saw the agency changed my address back to my old address and added back my homeowners insurance policy without my direction. After going back to State Farm I am saving at least $80 as well.

  Jose was wonderful!!! He helped my family tremendously and made a previously bad experience with the on-line customer service group so much better.He was patient and understanding and stayed on the call well past closing to finish our policy. His commitment to provide exemplary customer service was truly appreciated and I will be referring family and friends to this office going forward!

  I’m currently switching my homeowners insurance due to finding a lower rate elsewhere, but I wanted to leave a review because Rileigh Diaz has been outstanding to work with. Throughout my time with Allstate, they have always been professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Even during the cancellation process, they’ve been courteous and easy to work with. While pricing ultimately led me to make a change, the customer service I received from Rileigh was excellent, and I truly appreciate all of her help

  Im very pleased w my choice to which and my insurance dropped well over 100.00 on vehicle and plus add renters my salesman was Very clearly spoken Great attitude Very polite Went above n beyond to make sure I was satisfied Wasn't pushy He's was a 10 out of 10
