  Jesse was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He helped me set up new policies at a comparable rate to what I was paying before, but with much better coverage and more benefits. He made the whole process easy and took the time to make sure everything fit what I needed. I also love the concierge text line. Anytime I have a question or concern, I can send a quick text and someone gets right back to me. It's a small thing that makes a big difference. Everything has worked great so far, and I'd highly recommend Jesse to anyone looking to get more out of their coverage.

  Thanks to Daniel @ Eden Messina's office I finally was able to feel like I "was in Good Hands!" After trying to make online payment, going through Chat, speaking with auto phone rep then a real person who assured me that everything should be working. After putting me on a brief hold, he said there was a problem on their side and my local agent could help me. Daniel answered my questions, requested information to update my policy and I was able to make the payment online on the Due date.
