Had an issue with a recent purchase. I called the store several times and left a voicemail. I never got a call back. I had to drive over to the store. The environment is not welcoming and staff don't seem happy to be there much less greet customers.
There is some type of major scams going on with this company. I live states away and would never shop at a Dior store. They attempted to charge my card $5.55. I immediately locked my card. After reading other reviews I believe they have some scam going on. Beware of the fraud.
I just got a fraudulent charge on my bank/card for this place. I don't live in this area. Something is not right.
Monitor your bank statements carefully. I live hours away from Houston and have never stepped foot in this store, yet multiple unauthorized transactions were pushed through at this specific Dior location.
Someone ran a series of highly specific 'test' charges on my card to check if the account was active: first $2.22, then $5.55, and then $66.66. Right after those went through, they attempted a larger charge of **$110**, which thankfully triggered a fraud alert from my bank asking for confirmation. We immediately rejected the charge and closed the account.
Looking at the other reviews for this location, there is a clear, alarming pattern of people—especially those living out of state—experiencing sudden fraudulent charges originating from this exact store. Dior Corporate needs to immediately investigate who authorized transactions for $2.22, $5.55, and $66.66. Shoppers, protect your data and check your bank accounts!
Also none of my calls were answered!

Just spoke with a representative over the phone asking to verify a purchase that is pending on my account. Was told it needed to be in person because they need to check ID. I told her I don’t even live in the state, so I won’t be able to do that, and I did not make a purchase.
I asked if they checked ID for purchases. “Unfortunately checking ID for credit card purchases is against our policy. We only check it for online pickup and returns.” … interesting, as it was not a credit card, definitely a bank account, was most certainly not me.
