Just spoke with a representative over the phone asking to verify a purchase that is pending on my account. Was told it needed to be in person because they need to check ID. I told her I don’t even live in the state, so I won’t be able to do that, and I did not make a purchase.
I asked if they checked ID for purchases. “Unfortunately checking ID for credit card purchases is against our policy. We only check it for online pickup and returns.” … interesting, as it was not a credit card, definitely a bank account, was most certainly not me.

I have never heard of this company before my credit card company. Just notified me that they charged my card. A $150 worth of merchandise that I've never ordered. I am not from that area. I have contacted the company and nobody got back to me. Had to cancel my card and get reissued. A new one scam artists
Deeply disappointing, and beneath the name on the door. I arrived promptly at 6 PM for my confirmed appointment, only to be told the boutique was hosting a private event — a detail no one thought to communicate in advance. No call, no email, not even an acknowledgment at the door.
I have patronized Dior in several cities, and this location does not reflect the standard of the Maison. Unacceptable.

“I recently visited Dior to purchase a bag and was really looking forward to the experience, especially since it was my first time buying from the brand. Unfortunately, it didn’t feel welcoming at all. While I noticed other customers being offered champagne, I wasn’t offered the same, which made me feel overlooked.
The sales associate assisting me was not very engaging, and after I completed my purchase, the interaction felt rushed. I even asked if I could take a photo to remember the moment, and was told no without much explanation. She then handed me my bag and walked away.
For such a significant purchase, I expected a more thoughtful and inclusive customer experience. I hope this feedback helps improve how all customers are treated.”
First time buying a Dior bag here. Beautiful store and excellent service. Very happy with my purchase!
