  I went to this Cricket Wireless location to buy an iPhone 17 Pro Max, and the experience was awful. I was charged much more than I should have been, with no clear explanation. The staff was not helpful at all and seemed more interested in selling than being honest or transparent with pricing. This location has very poor customer service, unfair charges, and no accountability. I do not recommend this store and I will not be coming back.
