  I'm a senior citizen disabled woman long time customer with cricket. I went to this location serval times for minor phone issues like setting on my phone. It's a guy who works there. Lie to me and said he has to charge me 60 dollars for diagnosing My phone and he has to take my phone to the back and put it on the diagnostic machine and it's going to cost me 60 dollars. Scamming me for 60 dollars just to help me with minor settings on my phone trying to RIP me off. Cricket doesn't have any diagnostic machine in the back of the store.. that is not professional and unacceptable for cricket employee to scam customer out of there money. I will be reporting this incident to the wright full authorities. Other cricket stores. Said that was not appropriate 👎🏾.
