  Here's a review you can post if it reflects your experience: ⭐☆☆☆☆ 1 Star I had a terrible experience at this Cricket store. I came in and signed up for a new $65 plan and was given a phone that was supposed to work properly. Not long after, I started having issues with the phone because movies and streaming apps would not work correctly. When I went back for help, instead of trying to resolve the problem, the employees immediately tried to blame me. They pointed to a small dent on the phone and acted like that was the reason for the issue, even though the problem had nothing to do with the physical condition of the device. It felt like they were looking for an excuse to avoid helping me. The whole situation felt dishonest and misleading. I spent my money expecting a working phone and decent customer service, but instead I was treated like the problem was my fault. If you're considering doing business here, make sure you understand exactly what you're getting and keep all your paperwork. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this store. Buyer beware.

  I want to begin to say thank mir M very smart man he know like 5 different languages at his age is amazing he was super helpful very knowledgeable i’m not tech savvy and was able to Take care of our problems I 💯 recommend him to anyone he also asked if we wanted water while we were there thank for going above and beyond I really appreciate it MIR M
