  My husband bought a watch after one of the female sales persons lied and told him you could text, call, and do all these different things and almost none of it worked. He took it back and the switched it out (without a receipt with a different female that worked there) and the second one was worse. He decided to ask for a refund so he went the next day and both females were there and they refused to do the refund without a receipt even after they both recognized him and knew what was wrong. I'm not sure if they just don't know their product or if they just straight out lied to get the sale and then refused to do the refund so they wouldn't look bad but definitely not coming here again. I've been with Cricket for more almost 20 years and I think its about time for a change....smdh.

  One of the worst cricket store afternoon manager is rude and disrespectful. Don’t go to this store.
