  While the salesman was very nice and helpful in helping me identify the right product, it took much too long to actually complete the purchase process. The computer technology was whack (bad). Despite a number of tries, I paid but salesman could not print a copy of the receipt. I ended up taking a Pic with my phone in case I needed to return the phone charger!

  I was very upset because my new phone wasn’t accepting my eSIM. I didn’t have another phone to use. Yesterday, I came to this location with my iPhone after numerous attempts at another location with 3 employees present (Cricket - Dairy Ashford & Memorial). I received tremendous help from this location (Westheimer & Dairy Ashford) compared to the other location! Cherish, the only employee on site, was outstanding and this isn’t even her primary store! She called herself a magician (she truly is) because she solved the problem with my phone! :) She did everything she could to help me, which I appreciated so much!! She has a great attitude, she’s an exceptional problem solver, and deserves a raise!!!! Thank you Cherish for your hard work!!
