  I have visited the store today, I went to switch my phone number from metro to Cricket Wireless. The store representative was so unprofessional and was so rude and insulting. Instead of switching my existing phone number from Metro to Cricket Wireless they have given me a new number and charged me for it as well. They charged me $95 and the money was wasted. I have had a very bad experience with them today.

  DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS WANNA BE SCAMMED THESE PEOPLE LIE AND TELL PEOPLE IF THEY COME TO THE LOCATION THEY GET REWARDS BUT PRICE EVERYTHING HIGHER THAN NORMAL PRICE SO U BASICALLY PAY FOR THE ITEM .WANTED TO TELL ME A GLASS SCREEN PROTECTOR COSTS 50$ AND EVERY ITEM ON THE WALL MAGICALLY COSTS 50$ WHEN LAST TIME I CAME THEY SAID IT WAS 10$ FOR A PHONE PROTECTOR I ASKED FOR SAME ONE ALSO MAGICALLY 50$ SCAM SCAM SCAM LOCATION ON WILCREST IS MUCH BETTER AND NOT SCAMMERS

  Worst ppl I went there yesterday they made me wait 2 hours and then took my number I was switching form another carrier and I am stucked as they didn’t calle me back there were 4 ppl In store they told me will call me back by 3 no updates noting worst service

  Bad service and really rude manager he could have explain better in deals and not confused the people He don’t care about the costumer just the sale could have been better actual costumer service
