  Porting over and getting new service was the most frustrating horrible experience ever the so called manger is rude and says one thing and changes her mind . I should have walked out as soon as I walked in and heard her yelling and talking ugly to a customer . Cricket you need to hire better people with skills no one there knows anything smh
