  Went to this store to replace a broken phone and a paid in full monthly balance ($0). I paid all fees in store when I purchased the phone.$0 balance. Next morning I had a $35. balance, went back to store for correction. I was told it was a mistake and would be updated, give the system time to update which will be end of day. Next morning, my service was off and now my balance was $50. and my monly bill of $100. for the last 8 years was now $170. a month. Went back to the store and a different employee told me that the employee that sold me the new phone neglected to properly input and complete certain information resulting in all the over charges. I was told that only the manager Eric and make corrections. I have tried calling him and employee have texted him about this issue and Eric REFUSE to accept nor contact me concerning this issue. He also have the store on 249. I have also reached out to him there. He does not give a damn about holding his employees accountable nor does he give a damn about customer service and taking disabled seniors fixed income money. I did get some help after contacting Cricket customer service, but I'm still out of $50.
